All registrations will be provided with a 2-day MasterClass with facilitators, speakers, and content that is relevant for outdoor providers, morning tea and lunch on both days. The content is very relevant for business owners and senior leaders of outdoor activity providers (recreation, education, tourism or therapy).
Participants are required to book their own accommodation and arrange their own transport to Jervis Bay.
The venue is Trinity Grammar Field Studies Centre at Woollamia.
Car pooling options will be coordinated if requested.

As tickets have been provided at a heavily discounted rate or free for members, it is important the maximum amount of time is provided for canceling a ticket to this event to allow other members to participate. A nomination of another member of your organisation is preferred to a cancellation and tickets can be changed accordingly but may not be necessarily at the same price as charged.
Should there be a no-show or a cancellation without 7 days notice, there will be a no-show charge incurred of $99.
Please support the industry by giving as much notice as possible in the event of a required cancellation.
