Outdoors NSW & ACT is facilitating the first MTB Symposium for all stakeholders in mountain biking.

WIN THE GRANT WORKSHOP

An additional workshop for $55 per person is on offer for attendees or non-attendees of the MTB Symposium.
This 3 hour workshop will give you the tips you need to be more successful with your grant applications. Run by Natalie Bramble, Author, Trainer and Facilitator, she will take attendees through her step-by-step guide equipped with invaluable tools and checklists to help you navigate the grant writing process with confidence.

A passionate keynote speaker, professional development trainer and workshop facilitator, Amanda Rose has worked with the Australian Defence Force, CPA Australia, Law Institute, UTS, UBER, ANZ, Deloitte, Local Government and the Royal Australian Navy in the areas of confident leadership, conflict resolution and relationship building.
Working with John Holland, Laing O’Rourke, Downer, EG Funds and local councils on policy consulting and stakeholder engagement, Amanda has been described as the “glue connecting communities, government and business” on critical infrastructure and social impact initiatives.
Appearing weekly on Sunrise and SkyNews and contributing regularly to the Australian Financial Review, the Daily Telegraph and SmartCompany, Amanda applies compassionate critical thinking to disseminate complex issues affecting everyday Australians.
Her qualifications include a BBA (Mktg & Psych) from Macquarie University, a Masters CommMgmt from UTS, and a GradCert Educational Leadership from Macquarie University. She is currently studying a Masters Business Law at Sydney University.

"Win that Grant" Workshop
Learn how to ensure your efforts in applying for grants are rewarded and not wasted time. Join author and grant guru Natalie Bramble for a 3-hour workshop that will have your projects the best start with successful funding opportunities. Held at club Sapphire from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
WELCOME RECEPTION
All registered guests are invited to Club Sapphire to get to know who else is attending the Symposium and share a few drinks. This is from 5pm - 7pm

Researchers and Academics Meet-Up
If you are someone who researches the outdoors to ensure the best opportunities are maximised for the industry, then there is a scheduled meet-up to talk all things Outdoor Research. Details will be provided closer to the event.
FRIDAY 25th OCTOBER 2024
SYMPOSIUM - DAY 1
From 8:30am - 5pm you will be engaged in conversations around all areas of the Mountain Bike sector. Various concurrent sessions will ensure the information you get from the symposium is relevant to your needs. Plenary sessions will be entertaining, informative and educational. The exhibition area will allow you to connect with new products and services in the sector and meet like minds.
Free time is being offered to delegates to try local restaurants for dinner.
SATURDAY 26th OCTOBER 2024
SYMPOSIUM - DAY 2
Again from 8:30am - 4:30pm the conversations will continue. More concurrent sessions will be offered, plus the most important session of the whole conference from 3pm. Plenary sessions will be entertaining, informative and educational.
SUNDAY 27th OCTOBER 2024
CHECK OUT THE LOCAL MTB TRAILS
During the course of the event, opportunities will be established to visit the local trails with local guides.
